the 25 things you probably didn't knew about me

1. When I was a kid I used to change my name a lot. I would introduce myself with a different name every time I met someone - I even wrote different names in tests at school. My first grade teacher thought I had a personality disorder and asked my mom to take me to a psychologist. Turns out I just didn't liked my name because it was too difficult for other kids to pronounce it correctly.

2. The first play I ever wrote was in 4th grade. It was made for a school special for grand parents. I forgot its name but it was about how God selects the right grandparent for every kid. I found parts of the copy on my grandparents files while cleaning one day and every time I read it I remember my folks.

3. I have lots and lots of cousins but both my parents are only child. We consider ourselves cousins just because we are related in some long lost degree and love each other dearly.

4. My mom is an English teacher and there are around 13 members of my family that work in something related to teaching, but I owe my English to cable TV.

5. I don't know what it's like to not have back pains. I think I got used to them and sometimes I just forget it's hurting. I do not pity myself because of that or remind myself that I have 2 metal rods on my back. Actually, I amuse myself with wild stories to those TSA employees at airports when the metal detector goes crazy at checkpoints.

6. For one night I was in no country at all. My plane from Ecuador to Panamá broke down and I had already checked out from the country in customs. I was stuck at the gate until the next day that I took the next plane to Panama.

7. There's a ghost in my house named Margarita. After some researching, my mom found out she was the house's original owner and one day she just disappeared. We think she died in my old room since most of her sightings are about her sitting in my old bed. We think she's a good ghost and I've only seen her once but some of my friends don't even visit me because of her.

8. My political views are as different as day and night. I can either be a republican wanting Puerto Rico to be a State STAT, or a patriotic demanding our freedom from the US - both sides, but never the middle. For some weird reason I don't like the middle party about keeping things the way they are as a commonwealth.

9. I am known for treating people nicely and for trying to always find a happy medium. But intolerance is my middle name when it comes to people trying to get away with murder.

10. When I was a kid when people asked me what I wanted be to when I grew up, my answer was that I wanted to be happy.

11. I used to be super intolerant with kids. I didn't even liked them much. But I attract them like bees to the honey. Kids like me too much and I honestly don't know why. I like them now and love it when they look for me to go out and play :o)

12. I've been misunderstood and back-stabbed way too many times. But that doesn't make me angry with the world - it just makes me wiser and stronger

13. I still believe in finding Mr. Right and being a mom someday

14. My mess is an organized disorder. Everything has it's place and purpose - it's like an OCD on messiness.

15. I have severe IBS. My most embarrassing stories have to do with my IBS

16. If I call my mom and she doesn't answer right away the first thing I think is that she died. It's been years now of living in constant fear about losing my mom. She's only 54 and pretty healthy so there shouldn't be an expectation of losing her any time soon, but the fear is there. This is the first time in my life I even mention it to someone.

17. I've had very cool jobs in my life. One of my favorites was at a tourism magazine. I had to travel and do "familiarization trips" to different destinations in order to write about it to travel agents.

18. Before I die I want to visit the following places (in no specific order) Machu Pichu, The Iguazú waterfalls, Stonehenge, Ibiza, do a safari in Africa, Jerusalem, Spain, Italy and the Greek Islands. Before I die I want to go back and visit Cuba and stay longer than the last time.

19. If someone hurted me in any way (see #12) I don't forget and before I forgive, my mind runs like crazy looking for ideas on what to do to that person. I have the hability to say horrible things without a single insult. I am not proud of this, but my mind keeps running like crazy looking for words to humiliate, seek vengeance, and I put all my energy on it. Normally I just drop the idea after a few months and I end up doing nothing but I drain myself during the process. I believe in Karma so I just sit back and let life take its course and see him/her fall.

20. I don't believe in most Puertorican puppy schools. $150.00 for a month of clases YOU give to your dog isn't the best way to train your dog with a CHOKER! You just need patience, treats and love.

21. I love working on creative things but I don't consider myself to be a creative person.

22. Most of my close friends ever are online friends I've never met in person (yet)

23. I LOVE rainy days and cleaning my house during the night

24. I started my novel when I was 20 and still haven't finished it

25. I really - honestly - definitely don't like pizza!!!

SEX FRIEND CONTRACT / F*CK BUDDY CONTRACT__________________

This Sex Friend Contract is entered into on the day of ___________________ 20______,
between __________________________________ (hereafter referred to as PARTY A)

Terms & Conditions
A sex session is hereafter referred to as IT. Best Effort is partaking in activities for as long as possible.
1.No sleeping over, unless IT is very good and PARTY A needs to repeat IT in the morning.

17.Best Effort to accommodate all requests by PARTY A should be made by PARTY B
18.Scheduling of IT is at the sole discretion of PARTY A, however PARTY B is welcome to make suggestions.
19.No condoms, no IT.
20.Bring your own alcohol; I am not your liquor store.
21.Documentation of PARTY B may be held for historical purposes by PARTY A
22.Should PARTY A wish to terminate this contract, effect is immediate
23.Should PARTY B wish to terminate this contract, 14 Days notice, or 6 IT’s, which ever period is longer
24.The aforementioned rules may only be altered by PARTY A.
24b If the PARTY B wishes to change or alter any terms of this Agreement, it is at the sole discretion of PARTY A

¿Fuiste niño alguna vez, abuelo?

Lo siguiente que leerán lo escribí con mi abuelo papastor cuando estaba en cuarto grado.
Fue una tarea para El Día del Abuelo en Antilles Military Academy y al maestro le gustó tanto que entre los estudiantes hicimos la obra para nuestros abuelos. Con el paso del tiempo perdí la obra completa así que solamente rescaté dos páginas.
Fue mi primera producción y dirección.... faltan páginas pero espero lo disfruten tanto como lo disfruté yo al releerlas!

NARRADORA:

Damas y caballeros: Saludamos hoy a todos los abuelos,
aunque están viejecitos y casi sin pelo
los respetamos y los queremos
por que ellos son buenos
y estando con ellos no tenemos miedo.

Algunos de los que hoy
son abuelitos
están un poco maduritos,
pero un día fueron niños
cuando el mundo no estaba tan lleno
y no tuvieron muchas cosas
que hoy nosotros tenemos.

Aunque ya se había inventado la risa
todavía no se había inventado la pizza,
y aunque los ratones ya tenía cola
aún no se había inventado la Coca Cola.

No había " freezies" ni Seven Up
no había mantequilla de maní
y abundaba el coquí.

Y había duendes y brujas
y fieras y espantos
y había que ser valiente
para aguantar tanto!

Lo siguiente es parte de la misma obra de abuelos de mi nota anterior. Es parte de una entrevista que una niña le hace a su abuelo. Sigo sin encontrar la obra completa por lo que publico lo que encuentro para no perderlas.

--¿Fuiste niño alguna vez, abuelo querido?
--Sí, lo fui. Pero ha llovido!
-- ¿Qué quiere decir eso, abuelo?
--Que son muchos los aguaceros que han caido.
--Entonces, ¿cuando eras niño ya llovía?
--Sí, llovía, y los gatos maullaban y los perros gruñían
--Ay abuelo, yo solo quiero saber cómo era el mundo en tu día!
--Era redondo, amanecía y oscurecía.
El año tenía doce meses, la semana tenía siete días
--Ay abuelo! Y había cinco dedos en cada mano y había otoño, invierno, primavera y verano, y la Coca Cola no era buena si no estaba fría.
--Coca Cola no había, no estaba inventada todavía.
--Ay bendito, abuelito, qué mundo mundito en tu generación. Y en la televisión ¿cuál era tu programa favorito?
--No había televisión en mi generación.
--Otra vez, Ay bendito y rete bendito abuelito! ¿Cómo sería la vida sin El Chavo, sin Quico, Papo Swing, Maripili y los muñequitos!!
--Se vivía, mi niña, se vivía. No había mucha riqueza pero en pobreza se compartía. Cuando un amigo te daba la mano no era una mano fría. Cuando enfermabas todo el barrio venía. Ser compadres era algo sagrado; ser padrino, más sagrado todavía! Había menos ciencia y más filosofía. Era cosa muy bella ser maestro cuando un corazón bueno y dedicado era el principal libro de texto. La tisis nos mataba, no siempre se comía, mas siempre se cantaba. Como ha llovido! y yo canto todavía!.
--Oye abuelito, cuando cantas, ¿no llueve un poquito?
--No digo que mis tiempos fueran mejores, ni digo que estos tiempos sean peores.
Cada época tiene sus ventajas,

Conversando con una muy buena amiga llegamos a la conclusión de que hoy en día, son más escasos los hombres que valen la pena. ¡¡¡¡¡Es que hay tantos por ahí sueltos que se visten de ovejas y terminan siendo lobos que ya estamos cansadas!!!!!

Por eso creamos una lista de los requisitos que necesita un hombre para que los consideremos dating material. No es comemierdería, ni bichería y mucho menos infulas de grandeza - es prevención y estar cansada de andar por ahí besando sapos!!!!!!

Ahí van los Requisitos:

1. Ser SOLTERO - esto se evidenciará con un acta de divorcio o en su defecto, certificado que indique que nunca se ha casado. Aplica a Estados Unidos, Latino America, Europa o de cualquier planeta de donde proceda.
2. Ser autosuficiente (evidenciar con informe de crédito de menos de 6 meses y ultimos 4 estados del banco). Esto evitara que te den muela pretendiendo de lo que no tienen
3. No es requisito ser un metro sexual, pero si cuida su cuerpo y tiene buena salud física, eso es un plus!
4. No ser un PSYCHO (para esto, solicitamos una carta de referencia de al menos dos ex-parejas y una entrevista a un psicólogo), podria dejarle mi celular cerca a ver si revisa mis mensajes.
5. Presentar carta de referencia de su patrono (solo para propósitos de conducta laboral)
6. Certificado de buena conducta y/o antecedentes criminales.
7. Transcripción de créditos y resumé actualizado, aplica a cualquier pais de procedencia.
8. Debe estar dispuesto a que se entreviste su familia y se visite su casa sin previo aviso.
9. Ser creativo - no hay nada peor que un hombre aburrido - para esto se solicita portfolio.
10. Debe estar dispuesto a ser entrevistado por mi familia.
11. Historial medico, certificado de salud y pruebas de enfermedades venereas con resultados negativos.
12. certificado de bautismo y confirmación. Soy católica y para mi es importante.
13. Planillas de los últimos 4 años y certificado de negativa de deuda con el IRS.
14. Escrituras de su casa o en su defecto, certificado de negativa de deuda con el CRIM.
15. Certificado de negativa de ASUME
16. Si su ultima relacion fue menos de 10 meses, evidencia de prueba de embarazo de su ex.
17. Presentarme una lista de sus metas y objetivos, corto, mediano y largo plazo. Añadir una lista de prioridades y plan de accion.
18. Someterse a una prueba de polígrafo (detector de mentiras), cuando conoces a alguien de 10 cosas que te dicen al menos 6 son mentira o "exageracion", tratan de impresionar jugando a Mr. Right.
19. Someterse a un examen fisico/medico, estudio de los huesos, extremidades, condicion cardiaca, y psicologica.
20. Deberá pasar un tiempo probatorio. La duración dependerá de su madurez, compromiso, y sobre todo disponibilidad.

Esta lista se editara constantemente, debera estar pendiente y dispuesto a los cambios, una mentalidad positiva es esencial.

Muchos de estos requisitos son indispensables, otros son negociables, pero ninguno es poco importante. Ninguna solicitud se considerará si está incompleta. Cualquier candidato debe someter toda la documentación por email o fax. No se aceptarán llamadas telefónicas.
